1. About These Terms
These Terms of Service govern the use of primecleaning.co and the purchase of cleaning services from Prime Cleaning Services LLC, located at 705 Lakeview Plaza Blvd, Suite L, Worthington, OH 43085.
By requesting a quote or booking our services, you agree to these terms.
2. Our Services
We provide residential and commercial cleaning services in Columbus, Ohio and surrounding areas, including residential cleaning, Airbnb turnover, clinic cleaning, commercial cleaning, and rental property turnover.
We work on a no-contract basis. You may update, change, or discontinue your cleaning plan at any time.
3. Quotes and Scheduling
Submitting our “Get Your Free Quote” form or contacting us by phone is a request for an estimate, not a booking. After we assess the property and discuss your needs, we provide a free estimate. Service is scheduled once you accept it.
We operate Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. We provide an arrival window of fifteen to thirty minutes but cannot guarantee an exact arrival time, as every home receives the attention it requires.
4. Pricing and Payment
Our cleaning packages are sold by man hour. For example, a four man hour package means a team of two people working two hours each.
Pricing depends on the size of the property and the services requested. Initial cleanings typically take longer and cost more, as this is when the property is brought up to the standard we maintain on subsequent visits.
Payment is due on the day of your scheduled service. We accept cash, checks payable to Prime Cleaning Services, Zelle, and Venmo.
Tips are not expected but are accepted.
5. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Cancelling a scheduled service requires 48 hours notice, by text message or phone call. Without this notice, a fee of 25% of the service value applies. From the second occurrence onward, the fee is 50%.
We understand that 48 hours notice is not always possible. If you notify us at least 24 hours before your appointment, we will first try to find a way to reschedule.
If Prime Cleaning Services needs to cancel a scheduled service, we will give you 24 hours notice. If we fail to do so, you will receive 50% off your next cleaning.
If a scheduled service falls on a holiday, we will contact you to adjust the date.
6. Property Access and Client Responsibilities
Most of our clients are not home during service. In those cases, our insured team is provided with a spare key or garage code.
To allow us to work efficiently, we ask that you pick up toys and clothing before we arrive, and find a comfortable and safe place for your pets.
We are a pet-friendly company. If your pet is aggressive in any way, we recommend keeping them outside or in a gated area. If you will not be home, please let us know how we should handle cleaning around your pet.
7. Scope of Service
We arrive with all cleaning materials and equipment we need and take them with us when we leave. If you have preferences regarding the products we use, let us know and we will do our best to accommodate them.
Unless arranged in advance, our service does not typically include: cleaning toys, cleaning the inside of fireplaces, picking up clutter, cleaning irons, doing laundry, or washing dishes.
Upon request, we are happy to clean the inside of cabinets, ovens, and refrigerators.
8. Damage and Insurance
Our team is fully insured and each member undergoes an extensive background check and training.
If something is damaged during service, we will do our best to repair or replace the item. Claims may be filed with our insurance when appropriate.
We recommend that valuables be put away before our arrival.
9. Communications

10. Use of the Website
The content of primecleaning.co — including text, images, and other materials — is the property of Prime Cleaning Services LLC. You may use the Site to learn about our services and request a quote, but not for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
