This data is not shared with advertising platforms, is not sold or rented, and is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes or unsolicited communications.

We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid legal requests.

We only send text messages (SMS) to customers who have expressly agreed to receive them. Consent is provided by checking the dedicated SMS opt-in box on our “Get Your Free Quote” form. This box is not pre-checked. Providing your phone number alone does not constitute consent, and consent is not a condition of purchase.
If you opt in, we may send messages about your quote request, scheduling, confirmations, reminders, rescheduling, and updates about services you have booked. We do not send promotional or marketing text messages. Messaging frequency may vary, and message and data rates may apply.

When information is no longer needed, it is deleted from our active systems and from backups in accordance with the retention cycles of the platforms we use. You may also request deletion of your information at any time (see Section 8).

Prime Cleaning Services LLC operates in the United States, and the information we collect is primarily processed and stored on servers located in the United States.
We use third-party platforms and providers — including Wix.com for website hosting, our CRM system, and advertising platforms such as Meta and Google — that may process or store information on servers located in other countries, in accordance with their own global infrastructure. These providers maintain their own privacy practices and protective measures.
If you access our Site or submit information to us from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country of residence.
